Customize Learn homepage as a personal learning dashboard

This ties in with our intentions to redesign the home page.
Here're some ways we could do this:
- A generic welcome back message
- Show learner's 'progress', ie. points (same points data, just offered in home page as well)
- Could also add a visualization showing where learning progress is made (eg. 30% career, 70% productivity)
- Some faved Bytes
- Custom Byte suggestions based on previous Bytes (similar to infinite scroll suggestions). This is a bit similar to online edu platforms' 'continue watching' feature (eg. in image below, for this and other above points, from Frontend Masters)

This is really good, but our lack of user accounts makes it not feasible to offer a consistent experience for the Learner. We should do this when we are closer to bringing user accounts to our system.
